D93 calls eclipse day a “Snow Day”

Bonneville School District #93 Superintendent Charles J. Shackett announced August 21 will be treated as a “Snow Day” for classified employees with the exception that all employees are not required to work.

Shackett said the District Executive Team decided to change the calendar so all employees could view the total solar eclipse with their families.

As for certified employees, the day is already scheduled as a flex day which means certified employees are not required to report to their schools on that day as it is currently calendared.
