Pocatello Police seek armed robbery suspect

An armed robber held up the Pocatello Chevron Station at 506 S. 5th Street at approximately 3 a.m. Tuesday. Pocatello Police said the robber ran away, possibly to a waiting vehicle.
A station employee sustained minor injuries when he was attacked by the suspect. The robber is described as a white male, tall, with a slender build. A blue bandana covered his face. Police did not reveal what kind of weapon the man used or the nature of the employee’s injuries. Police are asking anyone who recognizes the suspect to call the Pocatello detective division at (208) 234-6121. Police said people should not approach the man, but call 911 and report the man.
