First Alert Weather for AUG 1st 2017

A few thunderstorms tonight and Tuesday for far Eastern Idaho and Wyoming. However, a strong ridge of high pressure is overhead, keeping dry air in place, keeping out the thunderstorms for most of us for this workweek. The ridge breaks down this weekend, allowing for scattered storms and slightly cooler conditions moving into next week as well.

Tonight: Mostly clear, with lows in the low 50’s. Tuesday: Highs in the low 90s and sunny. A slight chance of thunderstorms for the mountains around Jackson Hole, Island Park, and extreme southeastern Idaho. Wednesday: Highs in the low 90s and sunny. Thursday: Highs in the low 90s and sunny.
