Spray paint artists gather in tribute at EISF

This is the second year that spray paint artists are gathering in tribute at the Eastern Idaho State Fair.

The spray paint booth is said to be an open forum for artists who would like to spray their art across a canvas. This is also a tribute for Blackfoot teen, Matt Sorenson, who died in 2016. He was also a spray paint artist who got to display his talents at this fair a few years ago.

“He tragically passed away in February 2016. And I suggested that we put a tribute on for him somehow. Have this be as a tribute for Matt and be an open forum for people to paint at,” said Andrew Latham, a spray paint artist.

The artists will perform their shows at 6, 8 and 9 p.m.
