Man airlifted after rollover accident near Blackfoot

Idaho State Police are investigating a Tuesday evening roll-over accident near Blackfoot.

The crash happened just before 5:45 p.m., along southbound Interstate-15 at milepost 93.

ISP says, “Mirolim Khasanov, age 19, of Uzbekistan, was driving southbound in a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan when Khasanov drove off the left shoulder. Khasanov’s vehicle came back on the roadway and overturned. Khasanov’s passenger, Sarvar Bakirov, age 20, of Uzbekistan, was not wearing a seat-belt and was ejected from the vehicle. Bakirov was transported by air ambulance to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.

Khasanov and his four other passengers, Umardjon Yuldashov, age 19, of Uzbekistan, Ulugbek Ibrogimov, age 20, of Uzbekistan, Pulatjon Kalanov, age 20, of Uzbekistan, and Jasurbek Nazarov, age 20, of Uzbekistan were wearing their seatbelts.”
