Search for shooting suspect continues in Chubbuck

Chubbuck Police are continuing to look for an adult male involved in a shooting near the intersection of Briarwood and Eagle Street.

A woman, who was injured in the shooting, has been released from the hospital. She was not identified.

Police do not believe it was a random shooting.

Investigation is continuing.

ORIGINAL STORY:

Chubbuck Police are asking for your help locating an adult man involved in a shooting earlier this evening.

At 5:48 they were called to the 500 block of Briarwood where they found an adult female suffering from a gunshot wound.

She was transported by ambulance.

The suspect left the scene in a newer model white hatchback car.
Witnesses say there were four occupants in the vehicle.
The suspect is described as a white male approximately 5’7″ thin with short hair.

He was wearing a black baseball hat, black hoodie, and black jeans.
