Idaho Falls Zoo closed due to snow

The Idaho Falls Zoo will be closed to the public Saturday, October 14, and the Penguin Pals Zoo Tots class will not take place.

The city reports the snow has caused loss of power, damage to some of the trees in the zoo and slick pathways.

Zoo staff apologizes for the inconvenience.
