Three arrested after detectives seize 19 pounds of Marijuana

Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office and Idaho Falls Police Detectives served a search warrant at a residence in the 200 block of Leesburg Ln. in Idaho Falls related to an ongoing drug investigation around 12:00 p.m. Friday.

During service of the warrant, three adults were detained and identified as 30-year-old Nicholas A. Kim, 28-year-old Nita M. Corpuz and 24-year-old Tyler M. Kauffman, all of Idaho Falls.

Detectives seized over 19 pounds of Marijuana, 4 firearms, several thousand dollars and a vehicle believed to be used in trafficking illegal drugs.

All three were booked into the Bonneville County Jail for Felony Drug Trafficking.

Kim and Corpuz were also booked for injury to a child.

Sgt. Bryan Lovell reports the investigation is ongoing.
