Kick off the holiday season with Idaho Falls Youth Symphony concert

The Idaho Falls Youth Symphony presents “Gifts of the Season” in concert Thursday, Dec. 7 at 7:30 p.m. at the Idaho Falls Civic Auditorium.

The symphony conducted by Diane Soelberg has released their program as follows:

Harvest Hymn for Winds by Percy Grainger Fantasia on “Greensleeves” by Ralph Vaughan Williams Sleigh Ride by Leroy Anderson Symphony No. 8 in G major, Op. 88 by Antonin Dvorák

All Youth Symphony students receive coaching from professionals in the Idaho Falls Symphony, and many receive scholarships for their private lessons.

The concert is free and open to all ages.
