Portion of St. Clair Road closed for water break

The Idaho Falls Water Division is currently repairing a water main break on St. Clair Road.

According to initial reports, the break is due to shifting soil due to cold temperatures.

Officials report water has been shut off to residential homes located between 9th and 16th Street.

St. Clair is closed to traffic from 9th Street to 12th Street.

Officials said crews are working as quickly as possible to make necessary repairs.
