Idaho State Police investigating two vehicle crash on Highway 48

Idaho State Police is investigating a crash that happened just before 6 P.M. Monday night in Rigby.

A state trooper tells Local News 8 and KIDK Eyewitness news that a Dodge Avenger traveling north on 4100 east went through the stop sign before the the intersection of Highway 48 and 4100 was clear.

A GMC Sierra pickup truck was traveling east on Highway 48 and collided with the Avenger sending it into the front yard of a house.

There are no serious injuries to any of the drivers or passengers.

They were treated on the scene by emergency responders.

Everyone was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

Idaho State Police would like to remind you roads can be slippery this time of year and to take the roads slow in case of ice.
