Thick Freezing Fog!

Inversion conditions will briefly take hold for today and Friday, before a stronger cold front moves in for Friday night and into Saturday. A freezing fog advisory is out for the Snake River Plain and upper Snake Highlands through the morning hours, but fog will likely be an issue for most of the day in the regional valleys.

Thursday: Mostly cloudy with freezing fog. Highs in the 20s.

Overnight: Mostly cloudy with a lows in the low to mid teens. Freezing fog.

Friday: Mostly cloudy with freezing fog in the morning. Highs in the upper 20’s to near 30 degrees. Chance of snow in the late evening.

Saturday: A chance of snow showers in the morning, with highs into the 20’s.
