Home considered a total loss after fire

Fort Hall Fire reports no one was harmed in a home fire in Arbon Valley around 11:30 p.m. Thursday.

Officials report everyone who was in the home located in the Bannock Creek District of the Fort Hall Indian reservation 10 miles south of Interstate 86 evacuated the home safely.

According to officials, the cause of the fire is still under investigation, and the home, which is a conventional built home, is considered a total loss.

Fort Hall Fire & EMS was assisted by Power County Fire, Chubbuck Fire, Power County Sheriff and Fort Hall Police.
