Idaho women are nominated annually by peers, colleagues and mentors for this prestigious award that recognizes women demonstrating success in professional achievements, leadership, mentorship to other women, community service and community leadership.

“Jan Rogers has had such a significant impact in Idaho promoting economic development for our great state for nearly 20 years,” said Idaho Director of Commerce Megan Ronk. “To have Idaho Business Review include her as one of 50 outstanding women in our state is a testament to Jan’s leadership and achievements over the years. I congratulate her on this amazing and well-deserved recognition,” she said.

Rogers said she was humbled by the award.

“I am honored and humbled to be recognized by Idaho Business Review for this amazing award,” said Rogers. “To be in the company of so many other outstanding women who will also be receiving this award is just amazing.
