Cause of abandoned home fire under investigation
Pocatello Fire Department crews responded to a structure fire in the 300 block of North 10th Avenue around 10:15 p.m. Monday.
Firefighters report the home was abandoned, and no occupants were in the structure.
Crews were able to extinguish the blaze.
Assistant Chief Travis Smith said because the home was abandoned, a damage estimate can’t be determined at this time.
Smith said no one was injured.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
