One woman killed, child injured in I-15 crash

Fort Hall Police say a 25-year-old woman was killed and a 5-year-old child injured in a Saturday night crash.

It happened at 7:47 p.m. on Interstate 15 near Milepost 79.

According to police, the woman and child were ejected from the vehicle. The woman died on the scene and the child was transported to a local hospital.

Police said the family of the victims had been notified, but released no further information about the crash.
