Melonie Smith sentenced to fixed life in prison

Melonie Smith has been sentenced to fixed life in prison today.

A Bingham County jury found Melonie Smith guilty of murder in the first degree for the killing of David Lee Davis and Felony Destruction, Concealment, and Alteration of Evidence for the destruction and alteration to David Lee Davis’ body on October 7th, 2017.

Smith shot and killed Davis at a house back in February last year.
