Rigby man arrested for enticing child

Chubbuck Police arrested a 37-year-old Rigby man on Monday, January 22 around 8:00 p.m. for enticing an underage female.

Chubbuck investigators report Russell Tolbert attempted to meet with an underage female in Chubbuck and engage in unlawful activity.

Officials said he was communicating with the female via social media.

Tolbert was incarcerated at the Bannock County Jail on one count of felony Child Enticement.

According to Chubbuck Police, the investigation is on going.
