10th street to close for well updates

Eagle Rock Timber will close 10th street between South Lee Ave. and South Boulevard to all local traffic starting at 6:00 a.m. January 29 so crews can install a new drain line across 10th Street.Local residences are the only traffic allowed in the area, and no traffic will be permitted beyond Well #1/Common Cents property lines.

Access to and from residences on the block will be provided by allowing temporary two way traffic from the work area near South Boulevard back to South Lee Ave.

Officials ask you park all vehicles in residential driveways so the two way traffic can be maintained back to South Lee Ave.

You can access the Common Cents Store from South Boulevard; however, no parking will be allowed on the Common Cents property.

According to officials, no utility services will be interrupted.

Officials said the closure will go until January 31 at 5:00 p.m.
