Scattered Rain & Snow for the First Weekend of February
Our Northwest storm system will deliver some mountain snow, some light passing valley rain and gusty winds. A second Pacific disturbance is expected to move into the region Sunday night and Monday, resulting in another round of snow and Snake River Plain showers.
Saturday: Windy with mostly cloudy skies. Scattered rain and snow showers with a slight chance of moisture in the Snake River Plain.
Sunday: A 30% chance of rain for the Snake River Plain. A 60% chance of mountain snow showers. Cloudy, with a high near 45°. Southwest wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 30 mph.
Monday: Scattered snow and rain showers with highs into the mid 40’s for the Snake River Plain. Windy, SW winds 15-25 mph.
