BYU-Idaho yet again deemed ‘safest’ college campus in the nation
The National Council for Home Safety and Security announced Brigham Young University Idaho is yet again topping the list as the Safest College Campus in America for 2018 on Tuesday morning.
This is the only college campus on listed in the top five within the region.
Oakland University in Michigan came in second place, followed by Northern Kentucky University, the University of Rhode Island, and Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts.

The study used the most recent data collected from the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reporting and the Campus Safety Security Survey put out by the U.S. Department of Education.
