ISP asks for help locating man

Idaho State Police is asking for your help in locating Matthew Phillips.

Phillips has several warrants out of Bonneville and Bingham Counties and has recently eluded officers reports ISP.

If you have any information on his whereabouts, call ISP at 208-525-7377 or *ISP (*477) or Bonneville County at 208-529-1200.
