Teton High School will hold classes following threat

Teton School District 401 is addressing a tip about someone bringing a weapon to school.

According to the schools Facebook page, an unsubstantiated anonymous tip was made about a weapon being being brought to school.

No specific school was mentioned, there were no details and it is hearsay of a rumor.

Teton High School’s doors will be locked and lunch will have to be eaten on campus Friday, March 2nd, 2018.

Students will need to bring a lunch, or eat a school lunch.

Deputies will be close by as needed.

Safety concern announcement:

If you know any info call the Teton County dispatch or school administration.

Friday will be an attendance day at Teton High School.

Area prosecutors advise that threatening anyone with a firearm or other dangerous weapon on school grounds is a crime and may be subject to investigation and prosecution.
