Construction project begins on Elm Street andSouth Boulevard

Knife River will begin work on the Elm Street and South Boulevard intersection Thursday.

Crews will install storm pipe which will require some rock excavation and blasting.

Periodic 15 minute delays should be expected, and you are encouraged to use alternate routes through this area.

Construction will last about one month.
