Power restored to Hibbard area
UPDATE 3:45 p.m. Fall River Electric reports power has been restored.
UPDATE 1:45 p.m. Fall River Electric reports 5 customers are without power.

Fall River Electric customers in the Hibbard area west of Rexburg are experiencing a power outage that started about noon.
More than 400 customers are without power.
Crews are on their way; however, officials do not know the cause.
Fall River Electric officials said it may be wind related.
The outage is expected to last two hours.
