It may not feel like it in southeast Idaho, but the spring season is here. Many are gearing up to get their home gardens started.

Starting to plant onion sets and radishes are said to be OK with the current temperatures, and there are some leafy vegetables that can be planted at his time. The goal is to have your soil temperature to be ideally in the 50s and 60s for the seeds to germinate. KIFI/KIDK talked with Town and Country Gardens in Idaho Falls, to see if now is a good time to start planting or a good time to prepare.
