Pocatello High School students participate in annual day of service

Pocatello High School will hold its third annual Day of Service on Friday.

All students at the high school will be helping the community in a variety of ways – working at the veterans home, cleaning the senior center, planting trees, cleaning Bannock Highway, cleaning up the Old Town neighborhood and reading with younger children. Pocatello High School said the annual day of service positively affects students by helping them develop skills and allowing them to them to improve the quality of life for others.

The school would like to thank Pocatello Regional Transit and Salt Lake Express for donating buses for the day of service, Chobani Yogurt for donating breakfast foods and the National Guard for its help cooking Barbeque for the school after the service projects are completed.
