Firefighters scale Idaho Falls water tower

Idaho Falls firefighters were able to practice their skills on the Idaho Falls water tower Thursday.

Firefighters scaled the tower while working in a small amount of space to raise and lower a litter basket that would hold a victim.

These firefighters are part of a specialized rescue team in the fire department that focuses on what they call a high-risk low probability action.
