Commission to select Lemhi magistrate judge
The 7th District Magistrate Commission will meet in Salmon Friday, June 15, to appoint Lemhi County’s next Magistrate Judge.
Magistrate Judge Stephen J. Clark will retire from the post on September 1.
The commission will interview three candidates. They include Andrew Woolf, Daniel Luker, and Bruce Withers.
The magistrate commission includes the 7th District Administrative Judge, chairmen of the district’s county commissions, mayors of three cities, two qualified electors, two attorneys, and a magistrate judge.
