Chukars Announce 2018 Roster

The Idaho Falls Chukars have announced their 2018 season roster.

Of the 31 players on the Roster, five members who made a stop in Idaho Falls last year are back.

Catcher Freddy Fermin, Infielders Offerman Collado and Julio Gonzalez, Pitchers Robert Garcia and Danny Hrbek, all returning to Idaho Falls.

Omar Ramirez returns as manager after spending part of last season in Burlington for the Royals.

Jeff Suppan and Damon Hollins return as pitching and hitting coach respectively.

Former big league third baseman Andy LaRoche joins the team as bench coach with Luis Hernandez joining the team as a coach.

The Chukars have an exhibition game against the Idaho Falls bandits June 14th at Melaleuca Field.

Opening night for the Chukars is June 15th against the Raptors, first pitch scheduled for 7:15.
