Idaho Falls man charged in stabbing case arrested again
Idaho Falls Police arrested a man Wednesday afternoon who was charged last week for a stabbing at an Idaho Falls apartment complex.
IFPD reports Wednesday at 2:20 p.m. officers were called to the 400 block of East 1st Street after a caller said they witnessed a man hit a woman with a bat.
Police identified the suspect as 19-year-old Devon Arias of Idaho Falls. Arias was arrested on a warrant for a probation violation and booked into the Bonneville County Jail.
The possible bat attack case is still being reviewed for potential charges.
Arias was arrested last Tuesday, June 5th on Felony Aggravated Battery charges for allegedly stabbing a man in the parking lot of the Garfield Apartments in Idaho Falls.
