Northgate construction planned in Idaho Falls
Traffic between Lomax and North Holmes Avenue on Northgate Mile will be disrupted beginning Monday.
Contractor Knife River will be installing a new water line for the city of Idaho Falls at three locations. Southbound traffic will be reduced to one lane. 
City officials said the work is expected to take about 3 weeks to complete.
Motorists are asked to obey traffic control signs and watch for construction workers through the period.
