BYU-I graduation set July 23

Spring commencement ceremonies are scheduled Monday, July 23 at Brigham Young University-Idaho.

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Young Men first counselor Douglas D. Holmes will be the keynote speaker at 4 p.m. in the BYU-Idaho Center.

1,909 bachelor’s degrees and 454 associate degrees will be awarded. Of the 2,349 graduates, 1,398 are women and 951 are men.

Holmes was sustained as the first counselor in April 2015. He will be accompanied by former BYU-I President Kim Clark, now a General Authority, and Commissioner of the Church Educational System.
