Crash blocking I-15 near Hamer
UPDATE 6:00 p.m. All lanes are open.
ISP reports the crash was a property damage crash.
Officials said a pickup truck was towing an empty box trailer, and the wind flipped it over.
No one was injured.

Idaho State Police officers are currently investigating a crash northbound Interstate 15 at milepost 147, south of Hamer.
Both northbound lanes are blocked as of 4:45 p.m.
The Idaho Transportation Department says to expect delays of uncertain duration.
