Chipotle in Chubbuck closing its doors less than two years after opening
On July 25th, the Chipotle location in Chubbuck will be serving burritos and bowls for the final time.
As the company attempts to rebound, it announced that between 55 and 65 “underperforming” locations would be closed in the next month.
The company had suffered in recent years due to several health issues, including a widespread E. Coli outbreak in late 2015 and early 2016.
Chipotle had recently announced its plans to roll out new items, including nachos, quesadillas and milkshakes.
The Chubbuck location opened its doors in August 2016.
