Vehicles stuck in underpass flooding

A vehicle was stuck in flooded waters under the Northgate Mile underpass Thursday afternoon.When crews arrived, the car was abandoned.

Northgate Mile was closed and traffic was rerouted. Officials ask you avoid the downtown area as there is a lot of water in the area.

There were also two vehicles stuck in flooded waters in the D Street underpass.One adult male and two adult females were rescued from separate cars.

There are no reported injuries.Crews are working to clear out the storm drains.

There are no reported power outages.

There have been multiple calls of flooded basements and businesses, but no reported injuries.
