Calmer and Sunnier Today

I expect calmer weather today across the region, with only a few scattered t-storms for the high country. Highs will still be below average today and tomorrow. There is a better chance for showers/t-storms tomorrow, even in the morning hours for the Snake River Plain. Heading towards the weekend, sunny skies will prevail. Haze will be an ongoing issue.

Today: Mostly sunny, with a high into the low to mid 80’s. Smoke, low risk for thunderstorms.

Tonight: Calm with lows in the upper 40’s to lower 50’s.

Wednesday: A 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly cloudy, with a high into the low to mid 80’s.

Thursday: Areas of smoke. Sunny, with a high into the mid 80’s.
