Corn Dayz set for Friday
The David Price Agency of Farmers Insurance will host their 7th annual Corn Dayz event on Friday, August 24 at 10 a.m.
The agency will be giving away free corn from the owner’s very own cornfield this year.
There will also be free lunch, games and a bounce house. One of the bounce houses is a water slip ‘n slide, so come ready to get wet.
The agency will have a prize wheel for adults along with a raffle for a variety of gift cards for restaurants and vendors around Pocatello.
More than 5,000 ears of corn were given out at last year’s event.
“This is one of the ways we show our appreciation for our clients and the community for supporting us each year,” Price says.
SafeLite AutoGlass and Paul Davis Restoration will have booths at this event. Safelite will be doing free windshield repairs for people who have full coverage on their insurance and charging $29.99 for repairs for people who just carry liability.
The event goes until 6 p.m. at 485 W Chubbuck Rd.
