Hypnosis at the Eastern Idaho State Fair

A fun part of the fair is all of the acts. Rodeos, diving penguins, music performances, and hypnotists. “Lizzy the Dream Girl” is a stage hypnotist.

“I have people come on stage for the show, get them hypnotized, and once they’re hypnotized, by the power of suggestion I am able to do all sorts pf different things.”

The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Lizzy says she was born with this ability and growing up, she watched her mom do this.

“She loves to see how I’ve developed my own personality and my own show on stage. I’ve learned from her but our shows are still very very different and that is kind of the fun part for her to see me learn and grow as well.”

It’s her first time in Eastern Idaho and she says the crowd has been amazing.

“People at the Eastern Idaho State Fair are incredibly creative and really good at being hypnotized. I told them that there was going to be their favorite celebrity in the audience and this guy jumps up and he yells ‘It’s Barney,’ you know the big dinosaur. I guess Barney the Dinosaur was his dream celebrity and he ran out to Barney in the crowd and it was hilarious.”
