Ribbon cutting for Hemming Village phase two

Exciting things are coming to Rexburg. Monday was the ribbon cutting for phase two of Hemming Village.

Phase one was completed a few years back but the new phase includes new residential, commercial, and retail. The president of Hemming Corporation says he is excited to be a part of the city growth.

“Our family has been in this community for a little over a hundred years. The Hemming name, I’m half Hemming, my mother was a Hemming. We’re descendants of Thomas E. Ricks, the founder of Rexburg. Our family has been here for a long time so we feel like what we’re doing is continuing to help what was started in the late 1800s,” says Richie Webb.
