First Bigfoot conference in Pocatello

It’s the first Bigfoot conference in Pocatello.

Advocates and experts alike gathered Friday to go over everything Bigfoot.

Every last ticket was sold, and there are over 120 seats taken in the for this event.

The conference is featuring Dr. Jeff Meldrum, a Professor of Anatomy and Anthropology at ISU as well as Cliff Brackman from Animal Planet’s series, “Finding Bigfoot.”

Doors opened Friday at 4 p.m., but Dr. Meldrum won’t be speaking until 7 p.m.

“I’ll be the first to admit, we don’t have conclusive evidence, that’s not my objective is not to proselytize convert adherence to a movement as you eluded but rather to present evidence, invoke some interest and curiosity and objectivity,” said Dr. Meldrum.

On Saturday, doors open at 12:00 p.m. with Cliff Barackman speaking at 6:00 p.m.
