Dad charged with gluing baby girl’s mouth, eyes shut
Investigators say a Texas man was arrested on charges that he beat his 1-year-old daughter and glued shut her eyes and mouth.
The toddler’s mother said her husband punched and choked the toddler using a super glue stick.
When police arrived, 29-year-old Johnnie Lee Carter had already taken off.
He was arrested at a motel in El Paso.
