New disc golf course opens
An exciting day for students and faculty members at the College of Eastern Idaho.
They just completed their disk golf 18 hole course and are celebrating the now playable field.
It took them a few tries, but they were finally able to get the ribbon cut, and judging by those cheers, it looks like everyone is very excited.
CEI student enrollment has doubled from last year.
With the rising number of students, school board members also wanted to increase the student life opportunities on campus.
And the idea of bringing a disk golf course on campus was born.
This is the second 18 hole disc golf course available in Idaho Falls.
