Police identify man found dead

UPDATE: 9-26-18 Rexburg Police said the identity of a man found dead in a parked car Monday has been determined.

Chandler Ethan Brown, 20, of Rexburg was found dead in the back seat.

Police said there is no indication of foul play. The exact cause of his death is subject of autopsy and will be released at a later time.

A GoFundMe account has been set up to raise funds for his funeral costs.

Rexburg Police are investigating an unattended death.

Police were called to the front lot of Rexburg Motor Sports at approximately 12:30 pm. Monday. The body of a white male was found in a black Ford sedan parked in the lot. The cause of his death is unknown.

Captain Randy Lewis said police believe they have identified the man, but have not confirmed that identification.
