IDFG investigate mule deer poaching

Idaho Department of Fish and Game officials are investigating a poaching incident where a mule deer buck was shot and left to waste near St. Anthony.

Officials say the animal was located Tuesday in a remote area of the Grassy Ridge burn inside hunting unit 60-A.

According to the department, the buck had indeed been shot and left whole, except for the antlers, which had been removed.
