Dry Through Wednesday

Quiet weather through Wednesday, with a storm moving in for Thanksgiving day. The first round of rain and snow slides in early Thursday morning. This is a storm out of the west with highs into the upper 30’s and lower 40’s for the valleys. This means we’re looking for a rain/snow mix for Thursday morning. Snow showers are expected with round two on Friday morning. This could impact travel on I-15 through the Monida and Malad passes. A much weaker storm will move in for Sunday, though the moisture will for the most part stay to our north.

Tuesday: Sunny. Highs in the low to mid 40’s.

Tonight: Clear and cold. Lows in the low teens.

Wednesday: Sunny with highs in the upper 40’s to lower 50’s.

Thursday: A chance of snow and rain. Highs into the lower 40’s for the Snake River Plain. Chance of precipitation is 90%. Possible snow accumulations of a dusting to 2 inches.

Friday: Rain and snow likely. Highs into the lower 40’s. Chance of precipitation is 70%.

Saturday: A slight chance of snow early with highs into the mid 30’s.

Sunday: A 20% percent chance of snow. Mostly cloudy, with a high into the lower 30’s.
