Accidental shooting leaves man with leg injury

Police in Boise say a man was injured in an accidental shooting Sunday evening.

Boise Police Department spokeswoman Haley Williams says the man was cleaning his gun when he accidentally shot himself in the leg about 7:30 p.m.

Emergency responders transported him to a local hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.
