Some snow this weekend with much colder air for the workweek

Scattered snow showers will trail into Saturday with mostly cloudy skies. We could see some accumulating snow in the Snake River Plain for Saturday of a 1-3″. However, the snow showers will be scattered throughout the region, so accumulations will be sporadic. Snow begins to thin out for Sunday and Monday with just a slight chance of light snow showers or flurries. Much colder weather behind this storm for next week.

Saturday: Scattered snow showers with gusty winds. Highs into the mid to lower 30’s for the Snake River Plain.

Sunday: A slight chance of snow, with highs into the mid 20’s.

Monday: Mostly cloudy, with a high into the mid 20’s. A slight chance of snow flurries.

Tuesday: Cold and sunny with highs into the lower to mid 20’s.
