Man arrested after shots fired at McDonald’s parking lot

Idaho Falls Police report a 21-year-old Ucon resident was arrested Sunday after a report of shots fired at the McDonald’s parking lot at 1458 W. Broadway around midnight.

Police dispatch was advised that a man had fired a gun and left in a vehicle.

Police say numerous witnesses indicated the man who fired the gun left eastbound.

While officers were on scene, a second man called police and told them that the same man had fired a gun at his car after they had been in a physical altercation.

With the help of Idaho State Police, Jesus F Munoz Razo was stopped and transported to the police station.

Razo was arrested for aggravated assault (Idaho code 18-905(a).

No injuries were reported.
