Rexburg man cited after convenience store disturbance
A Rexburg man was booked into jail Saturday, after claiming he was on drugs.
Rexburg Police said they were called to the Maverik convenience store on Main Street at around 3 a.m. Saturday. A clerk in the store told police a naked man entered the store and exclaimed that he was on acid.
Police found the man, identified as 27-year-old Anil Kumar Saini in the parking lot.
He was taken to the hospital by police for medical treatment. Upon his discharge, Saini was charged with indecent exposure and disturbing the peace and transported to the Madison County Jail.
